Today, the major focus of FFM is the healing of wounded hearts and to train up and release people to do the work of the ministry through discipleship. FFM believes, as stated by the Apostle Paul, 1 Cor 3:11, For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Combining this background with a Spirit led ministry that celebrates God’s love through praise and worship and inspired preaching of God’s Word, the family of FFM seeks to know Jesus in a personal intimate way. Together, we are discovering how God uniquely gifts His people and we continue to recognize these gifts, we wish to utilize them to God’s greater glory through service to His Church.

 

The giftings of the Holy Spirit such as speaking in tongues, interpretations of tongues, prophecy and prophesying, the discernment of spirits, and the receiving of a Word or a Word of Knowledge from the Lord, as well as the gifts of miraculous healing in Jesus

name are all recognized, utilized and measured against God’s word of instruction.

 

As in the New Testament teachings of church government, FFM is under the over-sight of a five-fold ministerial team consisting of evangelists, teachers, pastors, apostles, and prophets that compose a broader based ministry named Foundation Ministries established by Art Good of Kouts, Indiana. In addition to the faithful prayers and governmental covering of Art Good, Pastor Glenn Middleton of Christian Fellowship Center of Sturgis, Michigan serves as overseer and direct counsel to Pastor Don in spiritual and church government issues. Pastoral accountability, in this regard, extends even beyond the immediate FFM church family, and includes accountability to the pastoral overseer as well as to Foundation Ministries.
